You will receive a total of 50-55lbs worth of meat:
Ground Beef: 15lbs (~1lb packs)
Burger Patties: 8 packs of 1/3lb patties, (4/pk)
T-Bone: 2-3 steaks
Ribeye: 1-2 steaks
Rump/Chuck Roast: 1 (4lb ave)
Stew meat: 2 (~2lb/pk)
Strip Steaks: 2-3 steaks
Filet Mignon: 2-3 packs (2/pk)
Porter House: 2-3 steaks
Sirloin: 2 steaks
Short Ribs: 1 pack
Flank/Skirt/Flat Iron: 1 (whichever I have available)
Osso Bucco (beef shanks): 1 pack (2/pk)

This non refundable deposit MUST be paid to secure your beef share. After your beef is processed you will be charged the remaining balance of $450
Plan on approximately one cubic foot of freezer space for every 15-20 pounds of meat. The interior of a milk crate is slightly more than a cubic foot. For an 1/8 share of beef, you will need 4-5 cu. ft of freezer space.
Your beef is scheduled to be processed the last week in August - We will pay the processor for your share, pick it up and bring it to the farm. You will be expected to pickup your meat when it's ready. You will be notified on a Wednesday and you'll pickup your order the upcoming Saturday during our open-hours.
